Learn about the Earth and Space!

The solar eclipse has sparked much interest for my students in our planet, the sun, and the moon! What an incredible opportunity for us to help our students learn about the Earth, ways to take care of it, and Space! Earth Day is right around the corner! What perfect timing! Often, this topic is complicated for younger students to understand. I have created several products to help you explain them in a simple and fun way! These resources are interactive, engaging, and academic. What a perfect time to teach day and night! How do the moon and sun interact to make the nighttime and the daytime? Use this mini-unit to teach your students about day and night. There are two differentiated interactive books. One has picture cues to help students pick the correct pictures to accompany the sentences, and the other just has the sentences. There is a day/ night sort to quickly assess students’ abilities to understand the difference between daytime and nighttime activities.
