Use these backpacks for your literacy interactive bulletin board! These are perfect for students to follow directions, learn new vocabulary, identify the beginning sounds in words, start to read words, identify color words, and talk in complete sentences.
This packet contains a variety of activities. Staple the backpacks on a bulletin board and cut the openings with a razor knife. Students can pick the vocabulary picture and place it on any of the backpacks. Then, they can find the beginning letter and the whole word. Take all of those off and just use them to identify color words! This activity has two versions: one in color and one in black and white.
