If you are like me, you appreciate the neat, organized, and professional look of the products you use in your classroom. I think it might be an understatement that I actually obsess about this. Almost to the point that NO ONE will cut out anything for me because of my high expectations! With all of this being said, one positive aspect of my OCD is that I carefully select, research, and utilize the best products from Amazon to create my task boxes. Read through this post and click on all of my tips and tools to make perfect task boxes!
Perfectly Sized Task Boxes
Tip 1- Buy perfectly sized task boxes! I like these from Amazon. They fit my covers and directions perfectly between the plastic lines.
Tip 2- Well, I guess you need to buy some task boxes to copy, cut, laminate, and Velcro. Here is the link to my BUNDLE, but feel free to buy just one to see how awesome these really are!!!
Monthly Task Card BUNDLE
HP printer
Tip 3- Print these off on an excellent color printer. Here is the one I use. It comes with an HP color ink cartridge subscription that automatically sends ink when you’re running low. I LOVE this printer and it has been a game changer for me. If you don’t copy tons of colored pages, you could probably go a little lower with the price and printer!
Easy-to-Use Laminator
Tip 4 – You will need to laminate these task cards for years of use. I use this super-simple laminator and love the laminating sheets too! These task cards fit perfectly with 4 to a sheet. Check them out BELOW!
Perfect VELCRO
Tip 5 – After purchasing these task cards, print them out, cut them, laminate them, and then attach Velcro to the pictures to use them repeatedly. I love these Velcro dots and use them with everything! Check them out below!
Glue Gun
Tip 6 – I love my hot glue gun from Amazon. It is large enough to handle gluing these task boxes, but not overly large to seem too much. Check this guy out!
